The rural technology project (RTP) is focused on helping companies build a workforce in rural towns. We help companies build training programs in partnership with local tech schools and junior colleges to build the employee base they need. We help companies navigate work from home programs for their new remote workforce, and provide a support community for people new to working from their homes. We help people stay in the communities they love while getting them plugged in to the companies that need their talent and skills.
