The rural technology project (RTP) is focused on helping companies build their workforce in rural communities across the U.S. We help companies build training programs in partnership with local tech schools and junior colleges to build the employee base they need. We guide companies as they navigate work from home programs for their new remote workforce and provide a support community for people new to working from their homes. We help people stay in the communities they love while getting them plugged in to the companies that need their talent and skills.
